Every year, walking in the parade has become one of my favorite traditions for this honorable day. Something I look forward to as summer winds down and we welcome the new season with joy, pride, and community spirit.
This year was no different. The streets were alive with energy—children waving from the sidewalks, families gathered with lawn chairs, and neighbors cheering with so much enthusiasm it gave me goosebumps. Every smile and wave reminded me why this parade is so special: it’s not just a march, it’s a celebration of the people who make our community strong. Happy Labor Day!
